How To Set Up A Mobile Visit
This is for existing patients only. In order to get a mobile visit, you must first come to our brick-and-mortar location for an initial appointment. The first visit is where we get to know you, your concerns, and your health goals. We will do all necessary tests and screening measures to make sure it’s safe to work with you. This allows you to receive the highest level of care possible both in the brick-and-mortar and on the mobile clinic. Call or text our office to set this initial appointment up. Booking & Fees:
- A booking fee of $100 must be paid in order to book an on-site visit. This must be booked at least 2 weeks in advance in order to get the schedule setup correctly for each person.
- Each adjustment will be $50 per person. We will collect payment information ahead of time and you won’t be charged until after the visit.
Cancellation Policy
- We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for our services. When there are short notice cancellations, it is almost impossible to add a replacement appointment without affecting other appointments. If less than 48 hour notice is given, you forfeit the booking fee, and will be expected to pay that amount again when scheduling your next visit.
- All accounts must have a card on file, for the cancellation fee to be applied to. If there is no card on file, or if the card on file declines payment, no future appointments will be booked until the debt is settled.

What is mobile chiropractic?
Exactly what it sounds like! We have a fully mobile clinic that you can schedule to come to your place of work, your group, or your sports team. On the mobile unit we offer safe, effective, modern chiropractic care with the convenience of coming to you.
Who is this for?
If you regularly feel the stresses of daily life build up as aches, pains, nagging headaches. Or if you are simply looking for a way to optimize your overall health, chiropractic care is right for you.
Our ideal client is looking to coordinate their group or team to receive the benefits of regular chiropractic care. At least once per month we want to come take care of you and your team!
What areas do you service?
We are located in Coralville, Iowa, and service all of Johnson county. Travel up to 30 miles can gladly be arranged depending on our availability. Please contact us for more information.
What is the cost of a visit?
There is a “Booking Fee” of $100. We require at least a 48 hour cancellation notice or the $100 is non-refundable.
Each appointment / person costs $50. We require a minimum of 4 people be scheduled for us to come to you.
*Group rates can be discussed if employers or organizers choose to share the cost with their team members.
Do you accept health insurance, worker’s compensation or personal injury cases?
- No, we do not accept health insurance, workers comp, or personal injury cases on the mobile clinic.
- Yes, we accept health insurance and all other case types at the brick-and-mortar main location.
Do you perform emergency visits?
No. If you are experiencing an emergency, please call 911. Otherwise call our office so we can best advise.
What is a typical visit like?
All new patients first need to be seen at the main clinic for the initial exam and x-rays. We need to be sure it’s safe to work with you and that you get the best possible care, so we do not schedule any new patients on the
mobile clinic. Typical visits are for existing patients only.
The length of a typical visit and the types of services rendered will vary slightly from patient to patient depending on their health issues, personal requests and time restrictions. We schedule 10 minute
appointments for individual chiropractic visits.
When we come to a group or team, our usual scheduling window is 2.5 hours at least once per month.
