Meet Rhonda Berry
Rhonda joined the Total Health Chiropractic team in March 2023 as a Chiropractic Assistant, bringing her passion for holistic wellness to her role. Her journey into alternative health began when her youngest son fell ill at age 10, leading her to explore holistic options after conventional medicine fell short. Rhonda was introduced to Total Health Chiropractic when her son sought treatment for a sports injury. Moved by the team’s dedication to both his healing and well-being, she developed deep trust in the doctors and their approach. So, when the opportunity arose to join the team, Rhonda embraced it wholeheartedly, feeling honored and revitalized to begin this new chapter at 55.
Rhonda’s own health journey has been profoundly impacted by her work with Total Health Chiropractic. During her interview, she shared with Dr. Dillon how years of prioritizing her children’s health had left her own wellness on the back burner. Dr. Dillon’s response was enthusiastic: “I love a challenge!” and he fully embraced the task. Since then, Rhonda has experienced incredible improvements in her mobility and overall health despite over 30 years of spinal and extremity damage. Through regular adjustments, orthotics, and the array of services offered at Total Health Chiropractic, Rhonda has regained a new lease on life, often saying she feels like she’s aging in reverse. This transformation drives her passion for helping others feel their best, and witnessing her patients’ wellness journeys brings her a deep sense of joy and fulfillment.
At the office, Rhonda wears many hats—from managing the front desk to supporting the doctors in patient care and providing SoftWave therapy treatments. Although she refers to herself as a “Jack of all Trades,” she embraces each responsibility with enthusiasm.
Since 2017, Rhonda has lived in West Branch, Iowa, with her husband, Steve, to whom she’s been happily married for over two decades. She’s the proud mom of Blake and Drake, and in April 2023, she welcomed daughter-in-law Nicole into the family. Her home is completed by her two beloved dogs, Louie and Lucy. Now empty nesters, Rhonda and Steve are excitedly exploring new hobbies and passions, looking forward to the adventures ahead.
